Birth Doula Package

Prenatal Support:

• 2 in-person prenatal visits which will include: preparing your mind and body for birth, learning comfort measures and coping strategies, communication skills for you and your partner.

• Provide Childbirth + Parent Education Resources.

• Help discerning your birth preferences and plan.

• Daytime support by text or email prior to 37 weeks. 

• On-call support and updates from you after each appointment with your provider starting at 37 weeks.

Labor Support:

• Early labor support by text/call.

• Provide continuous support in-person at home and/or birth place throughout active labor and birth.

• Provide physical, emotional, and informational support at all times.

• Help you and your partner feel at ease and confident as you welcome your baby.

Postpartum Support:

• Provide support until everyone is settled (1-2 hours after birth).

• Help establish breastfeeding.

• 1 Postpartum visit in your home within the first 2 weeks to provide support and a safe space to reflect on your birth experience.

• Support by text/email within the first 3 months.
