3 Sessions, 3 Complete Cycles, Phone Support and Troubleshooting

• Session 1: Your Health + Hormones - Learn how hormones influence your health and how to chart your hormonal activity. This includes an in depth intake that takes into account cycle history, nutrition, underlying conditions, etc.
• Session 2: Review and Refine - Learn biomarkers and the underlying hormonal activity during your cycle. 
• Session 3: Family Planning - Learn to manage your fertility at any point of your reproductive years.

5 Sessions, 6 Complete Cycles, Phone Support and Troubleshooting

• Sessions 1-3: Complete Package.
• Session 4-5: Understanding Cycle Patterns -  You will be able to discern adequate hormone levels from your cycles, and work together to make adjustments to support optimal hormone function.

*Choose Comprehensive if you:  have irregular periods, are coming off hormonal contraceptives, or are currently working with a Healthcare Professional on hormone imbalances.
